Time to keep in shape!
Please join our exercise group, lose that flab, and meet a great
group of people! We meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. All ages, men and women, low-impact,
heart healthy! Stay after class and reward yourself with coffee,
tea, snacks and good company!
Not interested in exercising? Join us for coffee
and conversation at
10:30 every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the Atrium.
